PROM and Special Orders -Returns/Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. This is an industry standard. Please be sure of the size and color you want before ordering.
Availability can change daily as prom season hits its peak time. Make your selection early as possible to get the dress you want. If we are sold out or your dress choice will not be available by your wear date we will notify you immediately. Your credit card will not be charged if the dress is not available.
Online orders can be charged to your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
At this time Lillian's will only ship to US addresses and ground delivery is free to the continental United States. Where UPS is not available, the closest equivalent will be used. If you wish to have a different shipping service feel free to email or call, and we will be happy to accomodate. However, air and other more expensive methods will entail an added fee and will be added to the cost of the shipment.
Please understand that express shipping is not guaranteed to ship out on the same business day. All orders are processed within 5 business days after ordering. We do guarantee all orders to be to the customer by the weardate that is shown.
No tax will be added to shipments outside of Indiana. Indiana sales tax of 7% will be charged on all orders shipped to Indiana addresses.
Ordering Correct Size
Please make sure you are using the correct size chart for the dress you are ordering. Have someone else measure you. Size charts are helpful, but not always perfect. Remember that you can always take up a dress that is too large, but you can't let it out if you order it too small. If your measurements are on the border it is always wise to take the larger size and plan on having it altered. Most girls do require alterations to get a perfect fit.
